Adrian relies heavily on his project management/controls, logistics, scheduling, and collaboration skills to meet the client’s needs.
Director of Field Operations – John leads all field activities, allocates resources, pushes productivity, and controls quality. John has an intimate knowledge of how to sequence, schedule, and perform all facets of concrete construction. John cultivates a strong rapport with our supplier and subcontractor base to meet the needs of our projects. His leadership extends through 20 years of in-field experience.
Accounting & Compliance Manager – Crystal possesses an MBA and extensive experience in project accounting and office operations. Crystal uses her more than13 years of experience, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to ensure all insurance, bonding, and accounting processes are compliant with the Clients.
Project Manager – Taylor manages project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, applying 10+ years of commercial construction experience across multifamily, institutional, and structural scopes. His background spans both the subcontractor and general contractor sides of delivery — including oversight of 48+ multifamily concrete and structural packages at Kent Companies and full-scope management of a $40M, 251-unit multifamily project at Arch-Con Corporation. Taylor's command of cost tracking, budget management, schedule coordination, and subcontractor relations positions him to drive financial performance and maintain strong client relationships on behalf of the company.
Colin’s experience as an estimator spans from the largest of concrete frames to the most detailed site work packages. His ability to capture the details and be attentive to the client’s needs make him an invaluable partner throughout the construction process.
Our past experience includes both new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. We can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
